The General Authority of Civil Aviation in Kuwait announced, “activating the emergency plan at Kuwait International Airport after the T1 passenger terminal was targeted by drones and missiles from the Iranian aggression,” according to KUNA. She pointed out that the targeting "resulted in serious damage to a number of airport facilities, in addition to recording human casualties." It also announced "the suspension of flights and the transfer of flights to alternative airports until further notice."
